Since the beginning of this year✘↑©™, in response to the comple£©÷πx and ever-changing external enviroβ♦nment and risk challenge↕♣s, my country's indus<σtry has generally continued to reco€φ✘ver steadily. The resilience and pot≥$♥×ential demonstrated by the real e ≈conomy provide strong suppα₽ort for stabilizing the macroeconomic fγ¥undamentals.
Industry is the main body and grow≈ ↑th engine of the national economy, andλ"Ω economic performance in the f≥♦≤₹ourth quarter is crucial to achieving ελ"the goals and tasks for the whole yearγ¥. How to consolidate the recovery tr→<±end? How to cultivate♦α lasting competitivenes s? The Party Secretary and Ministφ✔er of the Ministry of Industry and Info♣∞←rmation Technology accepted an int←÷ ≈erview with a reporter from Xinλ→hua News Agency.
Stabilizing industrial growth: We have¥♦ε↑ the confidence and conditions to pσφromote the recovery of the industria•↑l economy.
Question: How do you view the cur ☆↓εrent industrial economic situation?Ωα What are the foundations anπε±↑d conditions for stabilizin×₹Ωg industry?
Answer: Since the beginning of this £∑year, various regions and departmε★→±ents have implemented a detailed serπ←✔ies of "combinations" of policies to ♦®→≈stabilize growth, focusin↓♥≠g on optimizing supply, exp₽↔anding demand, enhancing momentum,♠♥ and supporting enterp∑©rises, and the indust×♠rial economy has reco§£♥φvered steadily.
From a quantitative perspectiv÷ e, industrial productionδα∏ has grown steadily. As ∑≈♣of now, the number of industrial e≈φ≈nterprises above designated size ha✔★s reached 478,000, an∞ increase of 26,000 from th←≤∞e end of 2022. In the first & ♦αquarter, the added value of indust¥Ω≈ries above designated size increased ✘±§by 4% year-on-year, and in Sept™€♥ ember it increased by 4.5% year-on- '↕year.
From a qualitative point of♥↕ view, the industrial structure cont→♠inues to be optimized. In theλ®♠ quarter, high-tech manufact£&€uring and equipment manuf"©acturing accounted for 15.3% and 32.9% ₹ ≠↑of the added value of inε↑> dustries above designated size respecti≤ ★εvely. In the first half of the year,π♣ the total output val₹≥ue of leading industries in 45 coun∞✔λtries' advanced manufacturi ng clusters exceeded 10 ←↑trillion yuan. From January to Septembeλσ¶'r, 178 national high-tech industriaεφσl development zones achieved✔ a total industrial £σ♠φoutput value of 23.5 trillion yuan.★φ
From a potential perspective,↕×★ positive factors continueφ× to accumulate. In S★♣eptember, more than 60% of indus<∏trial sectors maintained growth, a±nd the growth rate of industrial added ∑☆value above designated size in the §♣↓☆10 major industrial provin✔ε$ces exceeded the national avera®₹÷±ge. The confidence and exδ₽ ✔pectations of manufacturing companie₹×s are gradually increasing.
Generally speaking, the α βindustrial economy is in a critical per±α≈iod of recovering growth, t∏£ransformation and upgrading, with bβ<oth opportunities and challenges coe✘πxisting. Our country's industrial s¥π≈∏ystem is complete, with many varietiγes and large scales. The indu₹₽"'stry has strong resilience and great∑♠ε☆ potential for upgrading and developme¶"±nt. A series of "combination pu ∞nches" to stabilize gr₽÷&✘owth are becoming more effective. The ♣←₹National New Industrialization Promγφotion Conference was held, which inject ↑•ed strong impetus into industrial deve♠<'δlopment. In the fourth quarter, wקe are confident that theβ¥' industrial economy will pick up furthe>•☆₽r and provide strong support for₹¶Ω the overall improvement of economic o''$perations.
